  • Yes, we can accommodate split days with our package that offers this option.

  • The payment term varies depending on the package chosen:

    1. Duplex & Snapshot Package:

      • 50% of the total amount is required as a deposit to secure the date.

      • The remaining 50% of the amount is due one day before the event.

    2. Pre/Post Wedding Package:

      • 70% of the total amount is required as a deposit to secure the date.

      • The remaining 30% of the amount is due after the session ends.

    • Cancellation Notice: Clients must notify PLUS65FOTO for about at least 6 months in advance if they wish to cancel their photography session or event coverage.

    • Cancellation Fees: If cancellation occurs less than 6 months before the scheduled date, clients may forfeit their deposit or be subjected to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% from the money being deposited.

    • Rescheduling: Clients may inquire about rescheduling their session or event coverage based on PLUS65FOTO availability. Rescheduling within the same timeframe as the original booking may be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability.

    • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, natural disasters) that necessitate cancellation or rescheduling, PLUS65FOTO will work with clients to find a suitable alternative date or arrangement.

    • Refunds: Deposits or payments made may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the specified timeframe. Refunds or adjustments to fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    • Communication: Cancellations must be informed via email (plus65foto@gmail.com). Confirmation of cancellation receipt will be sent within a week.
